- Order information — products ordered, quantities, order history, delivery/pickup preferences, and any notes you provide.
- Account activity — login sessions, messages sent to our team, and app usage needed to operate the service (e.g. your cart contents).
- Device information — a push notification token, so we can send you order status updates, if you enable notifications.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfil, and invoice your wholesale orders.
- To communicate with you about order status, deliveries, and account matters.
- To provide customer support.
- To maintain and improve the App.
Third-Party Services
We share the minimum information necessary with the following services to operate the App:
- Xero — for generating and managing invoices.
- Detrack — for coordinating and tracking deliveries.
- Twilio — for sending SMS order/delivery notifications, where used.
- Google Maps — for address lookup and autocomplete when entering a delivery address.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
